Alicante Airport (ALC) is located 11 km south of the city. It is Spain’s sixth busiest airport and the main one serving the Province of Alicante. Places to visit around Alicante
Overlooking the city up above on Mount Benacantil is the Castle of Santa Barbara. A fantastic way to reach this medieval fortress is to take a cable car up the mountain.
